Our goal at BOOK-EZ is to work ourselves out of a job by setting up systems for our clients that they can then keep up with themselves. With our experience and training, you can get your bookkeeping done accurately and in less time!

How BOOK-EZ Works
We start with an initial assessment of the system presently being used.

Next we assess the client's resources (Staff, Accountant, Enrolled Agent, Banker)

We ask the client what they want from their accounting system:

1. Management Reports
2. Bank Financial Reports
3. Analysis reports
4. Cash Flow Reports
5. Year-End Information for Taxes

With this information, we design a system that will give the client what they need with the least amount of effort. We use the staff in place and train, or come back periodically to help keep the system working correctly.
